We offer a wide range of aesthetic and holistic treatments. The complete list can be found in our Book Now section.
We are an appointment-based clinic only. We usually do not accept walk-ins. All appointments must be made via our online booking system or by phone call. Please note that we do not have a receptionist. Please arrive on time and sit in the waiting area on the first floor. Your allocated therapist will escort you to your appointment room around your appointment time. We do not recommend coming in before the allocated time as you may be unable to enter the clinic due to staff being busy with other clients/patients.
We are open from Monday to Friday, 11 am to 7 pm. On Saturday, we are open from 9 am to 6 pm. Late nights are available on Tuesday and Thursday up to 9 pm.
Each service procedure takes its own time. Please check under the specific section for more information.
We have 24 hrs cancellation policy in place. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged at full price. There is also a late cancellation charge of £15 for appointments worth over £50 and £8 for appointments under £50. We encourage you to contact us as soon as possible if you are unable to make your appointment for any reason.
Yes. We do offer consultations and patch testing for many of our appointments. Some of these consultations may be charged, but the amount will be redeemed if you book a paid appointment following the consultation.
We use NeoStrata, Julitte Armand, Dermalogica, Atomy, Juvéderm, Restylane, Reenergise, BoCoture, Lemon Bottle Fat Loss Injections, Aqualux Fat loss Injections, Profhilo, Seventy Hyal and many other leading, tried and tested products.
We are fully licensed. Our therapists have a minimum of Beauty Level 3 NVQ; the most senior clinician is Level 7 qualified.
Yes, you may. However, we all have our unique bone and skin structure. We aim to provide the most natural result for our clients.

Maintenance or touch-up appointments depend upon your individual treatment plan. Your clinician will advise you, and we will send you reminders to book your next appointment.
We accept cash, cards, and bank transfers.
Yes, we have online gift cards available and in-salon gift cards available for purchase.
We do have many before and after photos. We appreciate clients’ confidentially, so we will only share photos if clients consented. Some of these are available on our social media and website. Many more can be available in the salon.

All our products are free from animal testing. We are aiming to add more organic and vegan ranges. If you have specific needs, please inform us when you book your appointment.
Yes. We can accommodate group bookings; however, we would require weeks’ notice and prepayment for the services you would like. We may be able to provide exclusive use of the clinic for your wedding/party as well.

We are on the first floor of 64 A George Street Croydon CR0 1PD. Fairfield Halls, Whitgift public car park, and the old Alders car park are the nearest car parks. Many bus stops nearby. East Croydon Station and West Croydon are close proximities, and the George Street Tram stop is also very close.
Yes, you may bring in your own products if you have sensitivities or preferences. Our therapist will try to accommodate them, provided they are not allergic to using them. If we use your products, the price will remain the same.
We cater to over 18s only. Only osteopathy services can be accessed from birth onwards, subject to parental consent and presence during the appointment.
As we are an appointment-based clinic, please give us as much notice as possible. Two weeks is the minimum, subject to the availability of the clinician.
Of course. We believe that true beauty results depend on open communication between clients/patients and clinicians.
